We are a Registered Charity delivering over 200 free-to-attend* and low-cost creative activity sessions per year.
*Music4Wellbeing frequently works with partners such as Age UK Centres and Parkinson’s UK. While we aim to provide free activities wherever possible, some of our partners need to make a small charge to help cover their costs. Please check individual charges when you find an activity session.
We have a long-term track record of delivering successful wellbeing programmes in various community contexts.
Music4Wellbeing is committed to improving the quality of life of all people taking part in our activities as well as contributing to the growing research evidence that shows the value of creative engagement to individual lives and society as a whole.
Music4Wellbeing offers fun and stimulating activities as necessary social points of contact for people living life through the lens of disability, family and friends who are managing the health conditions of their loved ones on a daily basis and other people in need of social activity and companionship.
Music and other creative activities can play a pivotal role in supporting people through the challenges of isolation, loneliness, bereavement, long or short term mental or physical ill-health or disability and family caring.
