Who are our activity sessions for?

Everyone! No musical or creative experience or skills needed.

We focus on improving the quality of life of people living with age-related challenges to their wellbeing, for example, people in need of companionship, living with ill-health or disability, bereavement or family caring.

We welcome family members and friends and all other members of local communities who wish to boost their wellbeing and/or act as volunteers to support participants.
